Who we are looking for
We are looking for an AMADEUS GDS Expert to join our customer support team for our evening shift.
The duties will be related to customer service and operational management of reservations. This position is ideal for someone who wants to join a very dynamic and stimulating B2B company in the Business Travel sector.
Your mission in BizAway
- Offline activity on Amadeus quotes, bookings, issues, cancellations and re-issues.
- Control and management of transactions in request online web services.
- Management of emission queues online web services.
- Transaction queue management in request online web services.
- Management and archiving of tickets issued online/offline.
- Operational relations with the Spilimbergo office.
- Support and updating activities for all Amadeus users.
Key skills and experience
- Knowledge of the AMADEUS GDS system
- Good knowledge of the English language, level B2.
