Junior Business Development Representative – Milan

About us:

  • We are a dynamic scale-up: the fastest-growing business travel player in Europe. We create seamless online processes for the end-to-end management of all business travel needs of corporate clients. Through our technology, we make business travel easy for their employees;
  • In the last 5 years, we have grown from start-up to scale-up and now we have more than 600+ active clients and have processed more than 500.000 bookings;
  • We currently have 5 offices in Italy, Spain and Albania, and over 90 employees with an average age of 31;
  • We are undertaking a new growth spur and expect to be more than tripling our revenue this year, growing our staff by 130 persons more;

What you will do:

  • Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, Linkedin and other touchpoints (if cold-calling scares you, this position is probably not for you)
  • Get a full understanding of our value proposition and how we can help companies save money, time, and frustrations
  • Research and qualify new prospects in Italy, making sure that they have a problem that BizAway can solve
  • Work together with the Country Sales Manager and the Account Executive to define target lists
  • Present our solution to a range of people (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.)
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in Sales and/or SAAS start-up is a big plus
  • Native level of Italian and good level of English
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to learn something new every day
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Organization: we say that if an activity is not in our CRM, then it doesn’t exist. Precision is key to having great results in a fast environment
  • Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties
