Business Development

Business Development (Internship) Barcelona - Full-time or part-time

BizAway is looking for a sales-oriented intern to join its Barcelona office.

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities via market research and outbound campaigns using a combination of cold calling, email, and different online and offline channels.
  • Collaborating hand-in-hand with the Sales team through the whole funnel
  • Defining actions, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process
  • Help distribute marketing materials across media channels
  • Working together with Customer Success to increase adoption rate
Key requirements and skills:
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or similar
  • Must be Spanish or Italian native speaker. English is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both spoken and written
  • Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are willing to raise the bar everyday
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Problem-solving: clients have a million different thoughts and concerns, and offering solutions to most of them can require real thought.
Mandatory requirements
  • High level of English and Spanish: since most of our clients/prospects are in Spain, you will interact with them in Spanish most of the time. Italian is a plus

Experience: Working experience will be valued but is not a must

Sales Development Representative Barcelona - Full-time

BizAway is looking for a sales-oriented professional to join its Barcelona office.

Responsibilities:
  • Presenting our solution to CFOs, Office Managers and Travel Managers.
  • Collaborating hand-in-hand with the BD team through the whole sales funnel
  • Being able to meet ambitious weekly and monthly objectives.
  • Defining actions, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the Customer Success Team to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
Key requirements and skills:
  • BSc in Management, Marketing, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales – preferably in B2B
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written
  • Autonomous, proactive and problem solving
  • Organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Must be Spanish or Italian native speaker. English is a plus
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce is a plus

Customer Success Manager Barcelona - Full-time

BizAway is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join its Barcelona office.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new accounts, providing product training and best practice guidance.
  • Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis of platform usage.
  • Defining actions, strategies and campaigns to increase customer adoption rate.
  • Identify common problems within each account and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner whilst also developing methods to ensure scalable solutions.
  • Be an expert at building relationships and understanding client's needs as well as being technically capable to ensure they are using the product to its maximum ability.
  • Collaborating hand-in-hand with the BD team to close the sales funnel and increase process efficiency.
  • Work with internal teams on ideas for new features or updating existing ones.
Key requirements and skills:
  • MSc in Management, Finance or similar
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Sales/Account Management or similar (preferably in a B2B or startup environment)
  • Analytical mindset: you see stories behind numbers, and you are able to draw conclusions and formulate suggestions based on your analysis
  • Problem Solving: clients have a million different thoughts and concerns, and offering solutions to most of them can require real thought
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of making mistakes.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both spoken and written.
  • Performing well in situations that require: flexibility, good judgement, and sound autonomous decision-making based on limited information.
  • Be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively.
  • Native level of Spanish and Fluent level of English. Italian is a plus.
