Sales Operations Analyst

What you will do:

  • Work side by side with the Head of Sales to define sales operations strategy
  • Analyze current workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Proactively implement changes to improve the setup of our current CRM (Salesforce)
  • Generate data reports to analyze and improve sales team performance
  • Work with our data visualization tool to create all the cool stuff you can think of

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally a graduate in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration
  • Fluency in English and a good level of Spanish
  • Data-driven approach: you are able to draw conclusions and recommendations from numbers
  • Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes
  • Organization: you are detail-oriented and obsessed with accuracy
  • Previous experience working in Sales Ops or with Salesforce is a big plus
