Sales Development Representative

BizAway is looking for a sales-oriented professional to join their office in Barcelona

Something about the role:

  • Presenting our solution to CFOs, Office Managers and Travel Managers
  • Collaborating hand-in-hand with the BD team through the whole sales funnel
  • Being able to meet ambitious weekly and monthly goals
  • Defining actions, strategies and campaigns to improve the sales process
  • Working next to our Customer Success Team to develop and implement the most appropriate prospect strategies and plans

Something about you:

  • BSc in Management, Marketing, Finance or similar
  • At least 6 months of experience in Sales – preferably in B2B
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills — both spoken and written
  • Autonomous, proactive and problem-solving attitude
  • Organized and with an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated and used to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathetic and people-oriented
  • Must be Spanish or Italian native speaker. English is a plus
  • Prior experience with Salesforce is largely appreciated

What we require:

High level of English and Spanish since most of our customers/potential customers are in Spain. Italian is a plus.
