We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic People Operations Specialist (m/f/d) , who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our People Team.

Your role in BizAway

  • Act as the expert person of labor law and monthly payroll’s activities supported by the external payroll provider
  • Be in charge for all People Operations topics and personnel administration activities, managing contracts, hirings and other changes to employee’s circumstances
  • Address employees’ queries on issues related to compensation and labor regulations, and all other relevant topics
  • Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data 
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies to implement people development activities (performance management, salary reviews, compensations & benefits initiatives)
  • Be involved in the revisal of company policies (flexibility, smart working, welfare programs, etc)

Your basic qualifications

  • Experience of minimum 3-6 years as an HR Operations Specialist, HR Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the italian labor law (CBA Commerce, in particular) and personnel administration activities 
  • Good Computer knowledge, including HR Management Systems, MS Office, Google Workplace Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and attention to details
  • Ability to communicate kindly and build strong relationships with all stakeholders
  • Good English level, verbal and written 

We are also interested in

  • Knowledge of Spanish or Albanian labor law and contracts
  • Digital mindset to improve processes and manage projects
  • Previous experience in ambitious and international start-ups or scale-ups
